License

Subject to these terms and Apple’s terms, the developer grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use uMate through TestFlight or a later official distribution channel.

The app is provided as is. External beta builds may be incomplete, expire, change, or delete local data.

Testing and feedback

Joining TestFlight does not make you a member of the Apple Developer Program team.

You may report observations through TestFlight feedback. Do not send audio files, target-app document text, or other people’s personal information.

Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer or resell the app, or use it for unlawful interception. You may not give a test build to people who were not invited, and you may not distribute it in exchange for compensation.

Intellectual property

Rights in uMate, the name, the icon, and related materials belong to the developer. Open-source components remain under their own licenses, listed in the in-app Open Source page.

Disclaimer

To the extent allowed by law, the developer is not liable for indirect loss, data loss, or interruption. Liability for a beta build is limited to the amount you paid for the app, which is zero while the test is free.

Termination

You may delete the app at any time. We may end a test or a build at any time. Sections that should survive termination remain in effect.
